SHIPPING POLICY

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

The client's order is prepared after receipt of payment by CandeezJapan. The products are made available to the logistics provider of CandeezJapan so that he can deliver the order according to the delivery option chosen by the client on candeezjapan.com.

CandeezJapan makes its best efforts to deliver to your doors under the 2-week period when stock is available,  excluding periods of public holidays, non-working days, national and European holidays, and unexpected delays of the logistics provider.

 All orders are subject to preparation and delivery charges.

The customer undertakes to receive the order on the day of delivery. In the event of the client's absence when the order is delivered by the CandeezJapan service provider, the latter will leave a notice of passage. The package may be delivered with the client's agreement at a later date, or the client may collect his package directly from the service provider with his delivery notice. If re-delivery charges are requested by the carrier, these charges are the sole responsibility of the client. If charges are invoiced directly by the carrier to CandeezJapan then CandeezJapan will invoice the client.

CandeezJapan shall be released from any liability if the order was not received by the client at the time of the first delivery, or if it is redistributed, or if the delivery address provided by the client is not compliant/valid/or is incomplete.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

CandeezJapan will prepare orders received on candeezjapan.com only within the limits of available stocks.

 

In the event of total or partial unavailability of the product after placing the order, the client will be informed by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order.

 

3. TRANSFER OF RISKS:

The transfer of risks on the products takes place as soon as they are shipped to the logistics provider. The result is that the goods travel at the CLIENT's risk.

4. PRODUCT RETURNS

As a general rule, food and beverage items sold and fulfilled by CandeezJapan cannot be returned or refunded. Please check the condition of your item(s) immediately after delivery.
